Georgia Anderson - Transpersonal & Integrative Psychotherapist

Supporting individuals, couples, and psychosexual wellbeing

About My Approach

Welcome — I’m Georgia, a qualified psychotherapist offering a compassionate, grounded space for individuals and couples to explore what truly matters. My work is rooted in Transpersonal therapy, which means we look beyond symptoms and into the deeper layers of your values, beliefs, and sense of purpose. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges or wanting to strengthen your relationship, our work together will focus on insight, emotional resilience, and reconnecting with your inner strength.

As a therapist, I have worked with individuals on a wide range of issues, including anxiety, low self esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences. My approach supports clients in understanding themselves more deeply and developing healthier, more empowered ways of relating to themselves and others.

I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE), where I earned my Diploma in Psychotherapy and completed specialist training in Couples Counselling. I also completed training in Psychosexual Therapy at the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology, enabling me to support both individuals and couples in navigating intimacy, sexuality, and healing from sexual trauma.

Alongside psychotherapy, I offer coaching focused on assertive communication and healthy confrontation, helping clients build confidence, express their needs clearly, and navigate difficult conversations with clarity and self-respect.

What I Offer

Individual Therapy – A warm, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life challenges. I help you identify underlying patterns, celebrate your strengths, and guide you toward personal growth and self-awareness.

Couples Therapy – I work with couples both online and in person, helping partners build stronger communication, shift unhelpful dynamics, and reconnect emotionally and physically. I welcome couples from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ relationships.

Psychosexual Therapy – Whether you’re facing challenges with intimacy, exploring sexual preferences, or healing from trauma, I offer a safe and empowering space to support your journey. Psychosexual therapy can be integrated into our sessions or offered as a dedicated focus.
