About Me
I am a Clinical Psychologist with 13 years of experience delivering therapy.
I earned my Bachelors degree from the University of Cambridge, followed by a Masters from the University of East London, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from University College London.
Since then, I have worked extensively in both the NHS and privately, mostly delivering therapy and supervising other psychologists.
I work in a way that is flexible but focused, and often integrate mindfulness and meditation into therapy, having benefitted greatly from them myself.
I have done specialist training in teaching mindfulness and have offered mindfulness courses, classes, and presentations in both corporate settings and the NHS.
Apart from my clinical work, I have been an advisor to digital mental health startups, am an Associate Clinical Tutor on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University College London, and have written two self-help books on applying Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to depression and anxiety.
