Kasia Khan - Therapist & Counsellor

About Me

I’m an integrative therapist and counsellor, offering time and space that’s just for you, somewhere to pause and feel supported.

I work with people balancing a lot, demanding jobs, young families, and the expectations of others, often while putting their own wellbeing last. That pressure can lead to anxiety, low mood, exhaustion, or a feeling that you’ve lost touch with yourself.

Together, we can explore what’s been building up, low self-worth, identity questions, relationship strain, stress, or major life changes. We’ll understand why it’s felt so heavy and what might help you feel more grounded and connected again.

Nothing is too small or too much here. This is your space.

How I Work

Therapy is a chance to reconnect with yourself, to understand what’s happening emotionally and why. My style is calm, down-to-earth and focused on what supports you right now, while also helping you make lasting changes.

I’m especially interested in identity and belonging, how race, class, sexuality, family roles and past experiences shape how we see ourselves and what we believe we deserve. I offer an LGBTQ+-affirming space.

Rates

Sessions are 50 minutes, online or in person.

£75 per session, with a small number of reduced-rate spaces available.

Contact

I offer a free 10-minute phone call if you’d like to check practical details or get a feel for how I work.
