Anna Braybrooke

PGDip in Integrative Counselling and Coaching, MBACP
Anna Braybrooke - Therapist, Counsellor and Coach

I’m a BACP accredited integrative therapist and coach with over ten years’ experience in the field of personal development. I provide face to face, online and telephone therapy sessions to adults (18+). My pronouns are she/her.

You might be feeling stuck or lost, working through a challenging period or would just like to talk about what’s going on in a safe and non-judgmental space. As an integrative therapist I draw on different theories and approaches to cater to your needs as a client. I aim to provide you with a confidential space where together we can explore the issues that are impacting your life, at a pace that works for you.

How it works

Through conversation we will explore whatever feels relevant for you to bring to the sessions to discuss. This may mean we spend time exploring your past as well as your present, or plans for the future. Together we will identify links, themes and patterns with the aim that this will help you form a greater understanding of yourself.

My experience

My career has allowed me to work in a variety of settings, including schools, hostels, domestic violence refuges, community centres and local government, and I have supported people with many different issues. As a therapist, some of the areas in which I’ve supported clients include:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Low self esteem
  • Life transitions
  • Relationship issues
  • Traumatic experiences
  • Stress
  • Anger management
  • Career or study concerns
  • Conflicts or confusion around identity

I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and offer both short and long-term therapy.

Contact

If you are interested in working together or have any questions, feel free to get in touch via email and we can set up an initial phone call to work out if it’s a good fit.
