Chloe Wiles

Diploma in Integrative Counselling MBACP
Chloe Wiles - Therapist & Counsellor

I am an Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I trained at the Mary Ward Centre in London. As an Integrative Therapist I draw on different therapeutic models, this includes exploring the Psychodynamic Theory by looking at the past and those early attachments and relationships whilst being curious about how they are experienced today.

I offer a non-judgemental space where there is an opportunity to build trust and a safe place to explore what may be going on underneath the day-to-day struggles.

Coming to therapy can be the first steps to understanding yourself better. I believe that the therapeutic space is an opportunity to find autonomy and to learn what it is that you would like from your relationships.

I can help you to uncover why you might feel stuck, frustrated or even confused. Talking to a person who is not entwined in your life can help relieve some of the anxiety or stress.

I started my counselling journey many years ago when I found myself lost in a dark and uncomfortable place. The path I have travelled has brought me here today.

I work with a wide range of issues including Loss, Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Self-Worth, Trust, Childhood Issues, ADHAD, Dyslexia, Bereavement and Attachment Patterns.

I have many years of experience working with people including Parents and Carers struggling with a range of difficulties including Grief, Loss, Addiction and Abuse.
