Kasia Khan - Therapist & Counsellor

About Me

I’m Kasia (she/her), a qualified therapist offering integrative counselling in Walthamstow (E17) and online.

Before this work, I lived in fast-moving worlds, the charity and corporate sectors, always reaching, always managing. It taught me a lot about pressure, burnout, and the quiet cost of holding everything together. Those years shaped the therapist I’ve become, giving me a deeper understanding of how different environments influence who we are and how we cope. I bring that awareness and breadth of experience into the therapy room.

My work is rooted in curiosity and care, and in the belief that healing happens through relationship, not by fixing ourselves, but by genuine connection with one another. I offer a space where you can bring what feels vulnerable, uncertain, or unseen, and explore it safely. I hold awareness of identity, belonging, and difference, fostering an environment where all parts of you can show up and be met with respect and empathy.

How I Work

Many people come to therapy feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are. You might be struggling with anxiety, the impact of trauma, difficulties in relationships, or a loss of self-worth. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, drawing on psychodynamic and humanistic theory with attention to both the body and the mind.

I have a particular interest in supporting people exploring identity, including race, class, sexuality, and ability, and I offer an LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy space.

Rates

Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £75, with a small number of reduced-rate spaces available. If a lower fee would make therapy more accessible for you, you’re welcome to ask.

Contact

I offer a free 10-minute phone call if you’d like to check practical details or get a feel for how I work.
