MA with dipSW, PG diploma mentoring, PG diploma Integrative Counselling
Sylvia Chew - Integrative Counsellor

My name is Sylvia Chew. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling from the Minster Centre, in London.

Counselling can offer you the space to reflect on, and explore, aspects of your life which you may be finding hard to understand. It is a powerful way to develop your insight, to make changes in your life, and to provide a space for you to talk freely about anything you wish. My role is to accompany you on your journey, at a pace that works for you and in a safe, confidential space.

Underpinning my work is my value base, that every person has the right to reach their potential, and the belief that change is possible. As an integrative therapist I draw on a number of therapeutic theories, including relational, developmental and trauma-based approaches and can tailor these to meet your needs.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and adhere to their code of ethics.
